Truck Drivers

Our CDL Truck Drivers in these areas are responsible to safely deliver propane, motor fuels, and lubricants.

The duties of this Truck Driver Job consist of:

  • Proper pre and post trip truck and trailer inspections
  • Safely driving loaded and empty trucks of various sizes, makes/models, and configurations
  • Properly loading handling, hooking hoses, operating pumps and valves for loading unloading both on and off the truck
  • Safely using pipe wrenches, crescent wrenches, hammers and other hand tools
  • Accurately complete driver logs, pre and post trip forms, invoices and other paperwork as required
  • Courteously work with supervisors, dispatchers, fellow employees and customers
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Truck Driver Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Class A or B  CDL with HAZMAT and Tank Endorsements
  • 2 years experience minimum or equivalent training
  • Good driving record
  • Drug testing required

The duties of this Customer Service Representative Job consist of:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Daily Payment processing and reconciliation
  • Bank Deposit Processing
  • Propane Delivery Route Maintenance and Dispatching
  • Direct customers to online resources
  • Providing introductory information to new customers
  • Assists in setting up new client accounts
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Develop a rapport with customers
  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
  • Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks
  • Performs additional duties when required, including training, focus group participation and organizing the filing system

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment
  • Previous experience in an office or call center
