Quality Oil & Gas is offering our customers 3 options to ensure that you are protected against rising energy costs for this heating season!


Plan A – EZ Budget Payments:
10 EQUAL payments over 10 months!
We will multiply your previous year’s used propane gallons by this year’s projected price, then divide the total into 10 EQUAL monthly payments, allowing you to budget your payments over a longer period of time.


REQUIREMENTS: Must have an approved credit application and be willing to allow tank filling on an automatic schedule to ensure that you do not run out of propane.
NO ENROLLMENT FEE!
First payment due September 30th, 2025.


Plan B – Pre-Buy:
Lowest price! $2.949 per gallon


Purchase your winter propane gallons by September 30th, 2025. The dollars will be held in your “pre-buy account” and your propane will be delivered at that price (plus any applicable sales tax) until your credit is used or rolled over into the following year’s pre-buy offer! Your price is protected up to the amount of gallons pre-purchased until March 31st, 2026.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum purchase of 100 gallons.
Pre-Buy Price per gallon = $2.949 plus tax
Payment is due with application.
NO ENROLLMENT FEE!

Plan C – Lock-In Price:
Tell us how many gallons you expect to use this season and we will lock in your price at $3.049 per gallon (plus sales tax).
This price is GUARANTEED until you use the gallons locked in OR until March 31st, 2026 – whichever comes first.
REQUIREMENTS: Enrollment Fee – $39.95 or have this fee waived when you sign up for Automatic Bank Draft (ACH).

I hereby authorize Quality Oil Company to initiate debit entries or such adjusting entries, either debit or credit which are necessary for corrections, to my Checking/Savings account indicated and the financial institution named below to credit (or debit) the same to such account.
Draft Account
I understand that this authorization will be effective until I notify my financial institution in writing that I no longer desire this service, allowing it reasonable time to act on my notification. I also understand that if corrections in the debit amount are necessary it may involve an adjustment (credit or debit) to my account. I have the right to stop payment of a debit entry by notifying my financial institution before the account is charged. If an erroneous debit entry is made against my account, I have the right to have the amount of the entry credited to my account by my financial institution. I agree to give my financial institution a written notice identifying the entry, stating that it is in error, and request credit back to my account I will provide this written notice within 15 calendar days following the date on which I was sent a statement of my account or a written notice of such entry, or 45 days after posting, whichever occurs first.

ACH payment drafting is not available for cash accounts that require pre-payment.
