All websites are designed to be unique to your organization. Each website begins as a blank page, and is developed from information received directly from the site owner. Owner and user input is used to mature the site.
Additional Options for your Web Site:
The options below are not required and can be added at anytime during your contract period.
(All billing is billed for 12 month periods)
- You can have a Domain Name (www.yourcompany.com) targeted to your web-site.
Additional Costs are as follows:
Setup for a new domain name $65.00 (one time)
Registration of a domain name $35.00 per year.
Includes Three email accounts.
Maintenance and customer support of a domain name $150.00 per year. Total cost to have a domain name targeted to your web page(s) is $199.99.
- Additional Pop Email Accounts (firstname.lastname@example.org) – $60.00 per year. Unlimited email addresses can be setup (domain name required)
- Additional Pages – Can be added at anytime. $10.00 per month. Includes 3 pictures per page.
- Product or location graphics. I can scan pictures or photograph your location, products for sale, employees, …etc. These pictures will be converted into an image and transferred to your page for viewing. $20.00 per image.
- Weekly newsletters, page updates…etc, are available for $50.00 per page. Changes are to be submitted in digital form (email, word, excel,…etc)
- Inventory Database – A table showing your current inventory or sales products can be set-up, and updated weekly at $50.00 per page. Up to 50 items per page. Database must be submitted in spreadsheet format and can include, item #, description, quantity in stock, and sale price.
- Database updates that require re-typing are charged at the following rates: $10.00 per product to be added. Add $10.00 for each product image. (product images include a thumbnail picture linked to a larger view page)
- If you have Internet service for your business, we can add an order form to your web-site for customers to use. This form can be customized according to your needs. When a customer enters the required information, the form is e-mailed to your e-mail address for processing. Set-up fee $75.00 $10.00 per month. Free Secure Server with all online forms.
- Adobe PDF Files can be converted and uploaded for viewers to receive and print. $35.00 each (12 months)
- If you are not “online” a Fax or Mail Order Form can be set-up for customers to print and fill out to place an order for your product(s). $10.00 per month.
- Search Engine Optimization – You have a great website that looks good and has the features that you want to present to potential customers. Is your site listed in the major search engines? Do you receive feedback from your website? How often is your website updated? A well designed website is a final product made available for people to see. However, people need to know about your website. Search Engine Optimization is necessary to market your site to potential customers.
